We’re Advanced Physical Therapy & Wellness: a family-owned, cash-based orthopedic and sports rehab clinic in Sorrento Valley.
We don’t believe great clinicians should feel rushed, micromanaged, or interchangeable.
Here, you treat one patient at a time for 55 minutes, build real relationships, and practice at a level you can be proud of.

Your Mission
You’ll evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions for active adults and athletes who care about outcomes.
You will:
Design individualized plans of care you actually have time to deliver
Build a full caseload of patients who trust you
Collaborate with teammates who want you to win
Represent the clinic in the community through events and outreach that matter
Within 3 months, you’ll be more confident, busy, and fully supported… not overwhelmed or burnt out.
The Requirements:
California PT License (or PTLA).
Graduate of an accredited PT program
A solutions-first mindset and the drive to build a full caseload within 90 days
